OUR PROCESS IS DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULT WHILE SAVING TIME, MONEY, AND BRINGING ADDED VALUE TO YOUR BRAND AND YOUR BUSINESS.
HOW OUR DESIGN + PRINT PROCESS WORKS
-
During this phase of the project, we will take into consideration many factors including budget and timeline when conceptualizing and designing your premium packaging. At this time, we will need to know each product we are printing labels for, and how many of each design you need.
-
During this phase of the project, we will design your labels, ensuring no detail is overlooked. We will ensure all compliance information is legible, and that your labels fit perfectly onto your packaging with test prints. Please provide us with packaging samples when we get started so that we can ensure a perfect fit – or we can also pick up your packaging from a local supplier if you are utilizing our complimentary label application services. You can also have your packaging shipped to our print shop if you aren’t sourcing it locally and want us to apply your labels.
-
At this stage, you will provide us final feedback on the design and placement as it will look when printed. Please note that while we are incredibly familiar with OMMA required compliance information, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all required information is present and correct, including testing information, batch numbers, and license numbers. We strongly recommend having one or even two people on your team check the information just to ensure it is correct. Once you give final approval, you are acknowledging that all information is correct. If you are a regular print client, at this stage, we can often print portions of label sets before testing has come back to you. If you would like to begin the print and label application process, we can do so once those pieces are approved for printing, and then we can deliver the remaining items once we have all testing info.
-
Once your files are approved and invoice is paid, we will print your job! If you’re planning to use our complimentary label application service, we will apply labels and then deliver or ship your order to you.
